We are looking for new team members to join our nursery in Welwyn Garden City, we are open from 8am to 6pm and admit children from 3 months old to 5 years. We are looking for a caring, motivated and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly team. You will play a key role in creating a warm, nurturing and stimulating environment where children feel safe, confident and excited to learn. Key Responsibilities: Build positive, trusting relationships with children and families Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS Observe, assess and record children’s progress using our FAMLY app Support children’s personal, social and emotional development Work with colleagues to maintain a high-quality learning environment Ensure safeguarding, health and safety and welfare procedures are followed at all times We would love to hear from you if you are: Passionate about early years education A team player with strong communication skills Warm, patient and committed to supporting every child’s individual needs Organised, proactive and able to use your initiative
