As Senior Commercial Transformation Manager, you’ll lead high-impact commercial transformation that directly shapes the financial performance of a newly formed B2B powerhouse. You’ll be at the centre of a fast-paced, high-performing team that delivers measurable commercial outcomes—from cost reduction to margin growth and product profitability. Reporting into the Strategy & Transformation Director, you’ll combine strategic leadership with hands-on delivery, collaborate across departments to discover and implement commercial opportunities, question traditional ways of operating, and speed up outcomes. You’ll champion urgency, accountability, and continuous improvement while guiding a team of project managers and working with senior collaborators.
Our new B2B venture combines Virgin Media O2 Business and Daisy to create a focused, digital-first B2B business serving customers across small, medium, and large enterprises, as well as the public sector. The entity will offer a broader portfolio of solutions including cloud-based tools, voice and contact centre offerings, and 5G private networks to win more business and better serve customers.

Responsibilities
* Lead or support commercial transformation programmes, driving value creation across revenue, cost efficiency, and product profitability.
* Analyse complex data and generate actionable insights (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
* Collaborate across departments to identify commercial opportunities and accelerate outcomes.
* Manage priorities and deliver under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Guide a team of project managers and work with senior stakeholders to ensure impactful delivery.
Qualifications
* Proven experience leading or supporting commercial transformation programmes.
* Strong commercial competence with a track record of improving revenue, cost efficiency, or product profitability.
* Ability to analyse complex data and generate actionable insights (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
* Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities with all stakeholders.
* Experience managing priorities and delivering under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
* Experience supporting change adoption and embedding new tools, systems, or processes.
* Familiarity with Agile or Lean methodologies.
* A practical, hands-on approach to problem-solving and delivery.
* A collaborative, team-oriented approach with experience motivating others.
* Curiosity, resilience, and the drive to challenge conventional thinking.
