Operations Manager
National Support Manager – Domiciliary Care
Salary: £40,000 per year on-call payments
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Location: Yorkshire, Manchester, Leicester
An award-winning domiciliary care provider is seeking an experienced National Support Manager to support and strengthen branches across the UK. This is a senior, hands-on role ideal for a care-trained manager with strong leadership experience in domiciliary care.
Key Responsibilities
* Support and oversee branch teams nationally
* Assist with recruitment, onboarding, DBS, and inductions
* Manage performance, supervision, and disciplinary processes
* Ensure high-quality, person-centred care and compliance
* Monitor training, rotas, health & safety, and QA standards
Requirements
* Deputy Manager level or above within domiciliary care
* Level 3 Health & Social Care
* Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
* Flexible to work alternate weekends and provide backup support
