Description
Due to an internal promotion, we have the opportunity for a self-driven FMCG marketer to take ownership of our iconic local brand This role drives a range of activities such as strategy and brand development, NPD, and developing advertising and marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement advertising, POS, publicity and consumer promotion plans
2. Lead brand NPD including idea generation, preparation of business plans, P&L management and post launch audits
3. Develop and implement product and packaging updates
4. Assist in strategy development including one and three year plans
5. Monitor brand performance and develop consumer insights through research tools and reporting
6. Support annual budgeting, and quarterly forecasting
7. Communication and coordination across cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations and Management
This is a truly unique role where you will work on an iconic local brand, leveraging global resources and learnings. You’ll be treated as an owner from day one, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive category success while being supported by a close-knit team who will set you up for success.
About you:
8. 2-3 years of FMCG brand marketing experience
9. Strong project management experience on NPD and creative/advertising
10. Analytical skills with the ability to demonstrate data-driven decision making (IRI or Nielsen preferred)
11. Exceptional stakeholder management to lead cross-functional teams
12. Problem solver who can think outside the box, with resiliency to bounce back from set backs
13. Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
