5. Standard Monday to Friday working hours with weekends on a rota
Duties:
6. Greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner and discussing their vehicle requirements
7. Managing and updating customer vehicle information accurately on the Kerridge DMS system
8. Providing customers with clear technical and cost estimates for repairs and services
9. Promoting accessory fitting and additional services to maximise workshop profitability
10. Coordinating with workshop staff to ensure timely vehicle turnaround
11. Ensuring all repair orders are raised, processed, and invoiced correctly and on time
12. Taking responsibility for subcontracted repairs and warranty documentation management
13. Maintaining high standards of customer service throughout the customer journey
Requirements:
14. Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade, ideally with a minimum of 1 year
15. Good knowledge of Kerridge or similar automotive management systems
16. Excellent organisational skills with a high attention to detail
17. Ability to anticipate and meet customer needs effectively
18. Immaculate personal presentation in line with brand expectations
19. Full UK Driving Licence is essential
