Rural Valuer - Perth (Senior Associate Director)

The Role
We are recruiting for an experienced and driven Rural Valuer to join a leading team in Perth. This is a key position responsible for coordinating valuation work across the region, leading a small group of valuers, and providing professional support and guidance. Alongside leadership responsibilities, you will manage your own valuation workload and ensure the delivery of high‑quality, timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities
* Undertake valuations for a wide range of purposes, including loan security, tax, inheritance and estate planning, and development / planning appraisal (rural, residential and development).
* Produce high‑quality, accurate and well‑reasoned reports.
* Oversee the management and coordination of major valuation portals.
* Provide support, mentoring and leadership to colleagues within the valuation team.

* Experienced RICS‑qualified rural surveyor with a strong track record across a variety of valuation projects.

Qualifications
* RICS qualified with a solid level of post‑qualification experience.
* RICS Registered Valuer (essential).
* FAAV qualification advantageous.
Experience
* Proven experience in agricultural and rural residential valuations.
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and mapping software.
* Experience working across a regional area, potentially supporting more than one office location.
