* Have experience working with residents with dementia
* Show genuine interest in residents
* Possess good communication and interpersonal skills

* Stay informed about new activities
Role and responsibilities include:
* Organize and coordinate tailored and group activities, including themed events
* Book external entertainers
* Arrange community trips considering accessibility
* Plan diverse activities to enhance residents' quality of life
* Maintain records of participation and needs
* Keep a portfolio of activities available locally and in the community
* Participate in fundraising events
General duties:
* Attend staff meetings
* Complete mandatory and skill development training
* Communicate effectively with staff, relatives, visitors, and agencies
* Promote safe working practices
