Working within a modern production facility, you will be responsible for producing high-quality precision components, maintaining machinery and equipment, and ensuring all work is completed to exacting customer and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manufacture precision-engineered components to specification.
- Set up, operate and monitor CNC machinery.
- Carry out routine maintenance and repair work on machinery and equipment.
- Ensure all production activities meet quality and customer requirements.
- Work to ISO and industry quality standards.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to achieve operational targets.
- Support process improvements and efficiency projects.
- Maintain a safe and organised working environment.
- Participate in shift work, overtime and flexible working arrangements as required.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience operating CNC machinery within a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Experience working to tight tolerances.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
