We are looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co-op. As a Customer Team Member, your responsibilities will include:
1. Providing friendly and thoughtful service—responding to queries, championing Co-op products and Membership, supporting tasks on the post office counter, and delivering a great shopping experience.
2. Supporting your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members.
3. Ensuring the store is safe and compliant—keeping shelves stocked, and checking prices, dates, and temperatures.
4. Introducing new products and services—helping make changes feel natural and sharing experiences with colleagues.
5. Supporting your local community—getting involved in activities and events.
