Right now, we require an Interim Systems Trainer to join our team to shape and drive multiple concurrent projects including significant, enterprise-wide solution, steering the strategic and operational delivery of each requirement.
Your new role
As Senior Systems Trainer, you will play a central role in ensuring the successful rollout and embedding of Salesforce, Active H and Dynamics 365 F&O by designing and delivering high-quality training solutions tailored to the needs of end users. You will develop and implement structured learning plans for each system, applying instructional design principles and learning theories to create engaging, accessible, and effective training experiences. You will work closely with project managers, stakeholders, and external system developers to define training standards and ensure consistency across all learning materials. Acting as a subject-matter expert, you will contribute to training needs analysis, E-learning development, and training assessments, while supporting the broader transformation programme.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will bring at least 5 years' experience in systems training, with a strong background in delivering learning solutions for large-scale transformation projects. You must have direct experience training users on Salesforce, Active H or Dynamics 365 F&O, and be confident in designing, creating, and editing digital learning content.
