What you will do:
* Lead a team of five social workers, including one senior social worker, and a family worker
* Ensure the health and well-being of all staff while adhering to statutory responsibilities
* Conduct pre-birth assessments, children and family assessments, and support families involved in child in need, child protection, PLO, private law, and care proceedings
* Role model and strive for good practice across all levels
* Perform regular quality assurance and high-quality personal and group supervision
* Chair various complex meetings to support best outcomes
