This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting children's early learning and development during one of the most important stages of their education. Responsibilities:
* Support the planning and delivery of engaging Early Years activities
* Provide individual and small group support – including pupils with SEND
* Assist with daily routines, personal care, and emotional wellbeing
* Promote positive behaviour and help maintain a nurturing environment
* Prepare and organise resources to support learning through play
* Occasionally step in to cover sessions under teacher guidance
Requirements:
* Experience working in Early Years or primary education
* Confident with the EYFS framework and developmental milestones
* Comfortable supporting children with personal care needs
* Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude
* A team player who’s flexible and happy to get stuck in
