We’re looking for an organised, proactive, and people-focused People Coordinator to join our People Team in Braemar. This hybrid role offers the chance to combine hands-on support on-site with flexible remote working. What You’ll Do Support recruitment and onboarding — from candidate visits to contracts, references, and induction. Be the go-to person for HR administration, employee queries, and staff support. Help deliver staff engagement initiatives: wellbeing activities, recognition awards, social events, and more. Coordinate training and ensure compliance across the team. Maintain accurate HR systems and data, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Play an active role in shaping our workplace culture. What We’re Looking For Previous HR administration experience (or similar). Strong organisation skills and the ability to juggle priorities. Excellent communication skills and confidence working independently. Good working knowledge of MS Office and HR best practice.
