Lawyer - Social Care & Education needed in Merton This is a temporary contract initially paying £28.11ph PAYE The reference number is: 5292886 The successful candidate will be a UK‑qualified Education Lawyer, registered with the SRA, and will bring demonstrable experience in advising on education law matters. They will attend the office once per week and work across both the Adult Social Care and Education teams, a busy and high‑performing sub‑group within the wider Social Care service. The role will have a particular focus on Education work, including handling SENDIST appeals and providing clear, timely legal advice to schools and the Local Education Authorities across all five boroughs served.
