About the Role:
Our client, a vibrant and nurturing primary school based in Bradford, is seeking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Reception Class Teacher to join their Early Years team from September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate educator to play a key role in laying the foundations for lifelong learning in a supportive and child-centred environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum and ensuring that every child receives the best possible start to their education. You will work closely with a collaborative team and contribute to the ongoing development of high-quality provision in the Early Years setting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons in line with the EYFS framework
* Foster a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment that supports early development
* Monitor, assess, and record children's progress effectively
* Build positive relationships with pupils, parents/carers, and colleagues
* Support the wider Early Years team in delivering outstanding provision
The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Have experience teaching within the Early Years Foundation Stage
* Demonstrate a strong understanding of child development and early learning
* Be creative, nurturing, and committed to inclusive practice
* Possess excellent communication and organisational skills
