As HR Operations Partner, you’ll be a trusted advisor to our Leadership and Management teams and will play a pivotal role in implementing the people strategy. Your focus? Coaching our leaders to drive performance through engagement and wellbeing, maximising potential, optimising structures, and supporting all aspects of the colleague journey to ensure a thriving work environment.
Key responsibilities:
* Business Partnering: Serve as a trusted advisor for our People leaders, delivering creative and strategic HR solutions that drive performance and engagement, aligned with their People Plans.
* Driving People Performance: Coach managers to enhance team capability and ensure their teams are set up for success.
* Provide expert guidance, balancing commercial needs with employee wellbeing.
* Collaborate with business leaders to identify and address capability gaps, supporting both immediate and strategic goals to foster high-performing teams.
* Continuously review and improve HR processes for efficiency and best practices.
* Utilise data-driven insights to identify workforce trends, inform decisions, and drive targeted actions aligned with the people strategy.
* Support and coach line managers in people management, performance development, and engagement.
* Work with leaders and Reward team to facilitate annual pay reviews and bonus processes.
* Collaborate with employee relations team to support cases, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and best practices.
* Provide ad hoc support to managers on workforce issues impacting employee experience and business performance.
