What you’ll be doing
* Running your own caseload of commercial property transactions, leases, acquisitions, refinancing, and development work
* Building long-term relationships with local SME clients across Sussex and the South Coast

* Developing your technical and commercial expertise in a stable, trusted environment
What we’re looking for
* Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive (NQ-3 PQE)
* Ideally Sussex-based, with a genuine connection to the region
* Strong, steady career history
* A team player with enthusiasm, attention to detail, and commercial awareness
