Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily gym operations and ensure a smooth, member-friendly environment.
* Lead, support, and schedule front desk staff, personal trainers, and cleaning teams.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and equipment maintenance.
* Monitor and manage memberships, renewals, and member engagement, resolving issues/complaints.
* Drive revenue through sales of memberships, personal training, and retail.
* Plan and execute marketing initiatives and community events.
* Managing promotions and increasing client retention.
* Track KPIs and report on gym performance to upper management.
* Monitoring budgets, tracking revenue and meeting business targets.
* Following health, safety and legal regulations.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in fitness/gym management.
* Strong knowledge of gym operations and customer service best practices.
* Knowledge of fitness and wellness trends.
* Organisational and problem solving skills.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
* Sales and business acumen.
* First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
* Passion for health, fitness, and helping others reach their goals.
