Foot-Mobile Maintenance Engineer Location: Central London (Oxford Circus, Marylebone etc) Salary: up to £46,500.00 (overtime) Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 Overview We are seeking a Foot-Mobile Maintenance Engineer to support a portfolio of commercial properties across Central London. This is a client-facing, hands-on role covering both electrical and mechanical building services maintenance on a planned and reactive basis. The role is ideally suited to an engineer who is comfortable working across multiple sites within close proximity. Responsibilities of the Foot-Mobile Maintenance Engineer • Deliver planned and reactive maintenance across electrical and mechanical building services systems. • Carry out fault finding, repairs, and minor works on lighting, power, plant, and associated mechanical systems. • Respond to breakdowns and maintenance issues across multiple sites within the West London area. • Support planned works, inspections, and compliance-related tasks as required. • Ensure all works are completed in line with statutory regulations, safety standards, and company procedures. About You as the Foot-Mobile Maintenance Engineer • Qualified Maintenance Engineer with both electrical and mechanical experience. • Background working within commercial or corporate buildings. • Able to manage workloads independently across multiple sites. • Professional, proactive, and client-focused with strong communication skills.
