The Palomar is seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to join our team in Soho.
Our intimate space is vibrant, filled with the colours, flavours, sounds, and aromas of Southern Spain and Italy, North Africa, and the Levant. Whether seated at our kitchen counter, dining in the elegant room, or enjoying our street terrace, the atmosphere remains central to our city’s dining scene.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead with confidence and vibrancy in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Manage the restaurant floor, lead team briefings, and set an example for staff.
* Ensure exceptional hospitality and guest experience, maintaining high standards. Collaborate with the management and Head Chef to optimise service quality.
* Support the General Manager with onboarding, training, compliance, profitability, and maintenance. A background in beverages with WSET Level 2 is desirable.
* Manage a balanced rota with varied daytime and evening shifts.
