Big Mamma is coming to town - and we're on the hunt for a Guest Relations & Private Room Ambassador to join our brand-new Squadra! We're a group of Italian restaurants born in France 10 years ago, now with over 30 trattorias across Europe. Our mission? Serving 100% homemade Italian dishes in beautifully designed spaces, with a huge smile and even bigger energy. What You Will Do Grow and nurture relationships: act as the main contact for VIPs, regular guests, and private-dining clients - managing everything from new leads and enquiries to events and long-term partnerships. Be present in-house: spot opportunities for group bookings, private events, repeat visits, and work closely with the floor team to deliver top-notch guest experiences. Manage private events: handle all private room enquiries and bookings from start to finish - proposals, menus, coordination, and follow-ups. Collaborate and represent: work with marketing and operations to support activations, events, and campaigns, proudly representing Big Mamma in Dublin and beyond. What We're Looking For: Proven experience in hospitality, guest relations, or event management, ideally in a lively, high-volume restaurant. A genuine people person who loves connecting, communicating, and creating memorable experiences. Super-organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple projects at once. Commercially minded - you spot opportunities and turn them into lasting relationships. Fluent in English (Italian is a big plus!). A positive, can-do attitude with plenty of team spirit and smiles to share. Flexible availability, including weekends and evening.
