An established organization in the electrotechnical sector is seeking a Marketing & Communications Executive to support its marketing strategy and communications plan. This role offers the opportunity to help promote a highly digital industry, with a strong focus on future skills and low-carbon technology, while building engagement across members, partners, and the wider industry.
What to Expect
In this role, you’ll contribute to a wide range of marketing and communications activities, ensuring the brand is promoted and protected while driving engagement through creative campaigns. From content creation to events support, you’ll play a key part in raising awareness and strengthening relationships across the sector.
Responsibilities
* Support delivery of marketing and communications activities in line with strategic objectives
* Contribute to content creation, including copy, images, video, newsletters, and social media posts
* Assist with campaign planning and admin tasks, liaising with internal teams and external partners
* Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools, CRM systems, and engagement data
* Help produce guidance materials, case studies, and testimonials to showcase success stories
* Assist with market research and surveys to gather insights for future campaigns
* Coordinate and promote events, trade shows, and speaking opportunities
* Support internal communications to ensure staff remain engaged with marketing initiatives
Qualifications
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write and proof engaging copy
* Experience in marketing, PR, content, or communications roles
* Familiarity with digital tools such as GA4, CRM platforms, and social media channels
* Organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
* Creative mindset with an eye for detail
* A team player with the ability to work collaboratively across departments and external stakeholders
What’s on Offer
* Salary between £25,000 – £31,000, depending on experience
* Fixed-term contract (12 months) – maternity cover
* Hybrid working with office base in Swanley, Kent
* 35-hour working week (9–5, Monday to Friday)
