Overview
We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to join a growing construction business based in Weeley, Essex. This role will play a key part in supporting the smooth delivery of projects by ensuring contracts, documentation, and administrative processes are managed effectively.
Working closely with project managers, site teams, and clients, the successful candidate will help maintain accurate records, support contract compliance, and ensure projects progress efficiently from initial agreement through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare, review, and maintain project contracts and related documentation
* Provide administrative support to project managers and commercial teams
* Maintain accurate contract records and project files
* Assist with issuing purchase orders, variations, and subcontractor documentation
* Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors regarding contract information
* Monitor project documentation to ensure compliance with contractual requirements
* Support project teams with scheduling, reporting, and documentation control
* Ensure all documentation is properly stored and updated within internal systems
* Assist with preparing reports and updates for senior management
