Relationship Director | Fintech | London (Hybrid)
We’re working with a high-growth AIM listed fintech to find an exceptional Relationship Director to lead a dynamic team and drive client success through cross and upsell initiatives.
As Relationship Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the commercial strategy, nurturing client relationships, and leading a team of 10 Relationship Managers. You’ll oversee a diverse book of clients and focus on delivering long-term value through effective cross-selling and upselling of tailored financial solutions.
What you’ll be doing:
* Leading, coaching and mentoring a team of 10 Relationship Managers, fostering performance and growth.
* Managing and growing a book of key clients across multiple industry verticals.
* Identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell relevant financial and payment products.
* Collaborating with senior stakeholders to shape team targets and strategies.
* Playing a hands-on role in designing a high-impact commission structure that rewards success.
What we’re looking for:
* A proven leader with experience managing relationship/account management teams.
* 7+ years experience in client portfolio management, ideally within fintech, FX, or B2B payments.
* Commercially driven mindset with a passion for building long-term client partnerships.
* A proactive, strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.
