Growing Consumer Brand
on the search for a
Commercial Manager.
This is a permanent role based in
North of England.

The
National Account Manager
will have a high impact commercial role focused on identifying, developing, and winning new retail partnerships. You will be at the forefront of driving growth, building new business pipelines, and broadening the company's retail footprint. This role offers a rare opportunity to join a growing premium brand while being given the autonomy and support to make a real mark.

Key Responsibilities:

* Proactively source and secure new retail and grocery partners, building a robust pipeline of growth opportunities.
* Create and deliver tailored commercial plans to win listings and drive long-term account growth.
* Lead commercial negotiations, setting terms and agreements that maximise revenue and margin.
* Track market trends and competitor activity to shape strategy and uncover white-space opportunities.
* Partner with marketing, product, and operations teams to deliver seamless launches, promotions and campaigns.
* Establish strong, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across new retail accounts.
* Produce accurate forecasts and insightful performance analysis to inform business decisions.

What We're Looking For:

* Demonstrable experience in national account management or commercial sales within consumer goods
* Proven success in breaking into new retail or grocery channels and driving significant sales growth.
* Strong commercial acumen with persuasive influencing and negotiation skills.
* Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
* Highly self-motivated, entrepreneurial and results oriented.
* Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
