A Primary School in the BS14 area of Bristol is currently seeking a PPA Cover Teacher. Someone who has prior experience delivering lessons to whole classes. The Head Teacher at the school is looking for someone with a high level of curriculum knowledge so that you can use your initiative and adapt pre-planned lessons if challenges or misconceptions arise. You will be expected to: Communicate clearly with all staff in the school. Have great knowledge of EYFS, KS1 and KS2 curriculum. Deliver pre-planned lessons to the high expectations the school holds. Assess children’s learning and feedback to Class Teacher. Be approachable, calm and positive. Hold Positive Behaviour Management strategies.
