You will report directly to the Managing Director and have real ownership. No layers. No endless sign-off loops. Just a chance to shape, test, improve and grow.
It is hands-on and varied. One day you might be refining product pages and promotions, the next planning campaigns, improving conversion or working with the web agency on site improvements.
