Deafblind UK is seeking a Registered Manager to take operational leadership of our Supported Living Services; an exciting opportunity which combines people leadership, service delivery, and regulatory compliance to create truly person-centred, outcome-focused support.
Role
As our Registered Manager, you'll:
· Lead, inspire and develop a team of Care & Support Workers and Team Leaders.
· Ensure our services meet and exceed CQC requirements, fostering a culture of openness, quality, and continual improvement.
· Build strong relationships with customers, families, professionals, and commissioning authorities.
· Oversee staffing, rotas, budgets, and resources to deliver safe, effective, and empowering support.
· Be a visible and hands-on leader, ready to step in, solve problems, and drive positive change.
About you
We're looking for a passionate, resilient, and values-driven leader who is:
· People-centred, inclusive, and committed to delivering personalised support.
· Creative and proactive, able to find solutions and drive continuous improvement.
· A confident communicator and role model, with strong organisational and leadership skills.
· Flexible – able to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and on-call duties as required.
With experience of:
· Managing regulated services within a CQC framework.
· Leading, supervising and motivating support staff.
· Financial management and rota planning.
· Building effective partnerships with families, professionals and commissioning bodies.
You will also need a full UK driving licence and access to your own transport.
