Mindworks Surrey is seeking an experienced, strategic and values‑driven Thrive Coordinator to lead the learning, implementation and embedding of the THRIVE Framework across Surrey’s children and young people’s mental health system. As Thrive Coordinator, you will provide system‑wide strategic leadership for the adoption and operationalisation of the THRIVE Framework across Mindworks and the wider Surrey children’s system. This is a highly influential role, working with senior leaders, commissioners and frontline services to ensure the THRIVE Framework and its principles are consistently understood, embedded and translated into improved outcomes for children, young people and families.
You Will
* Lead the strategic development and delivery of the THRIVE framework for system change across Surrey
* Coordinate and commission THRIVE training, learning offers and communities of practice
* Champion multi‑agency collaboration, early intervention and shared decision‑making
* Support workforce development aligned to needs‑based groupings
* Ensure co‑production with children, young people and families is central to all activity
* Develop and oversee evaluation, outcomes frameworks and reporting
* Act as Surrey’s key link to the national i‑THRIVE programme and learning networks
