Senior Marketing Manager – Construction SectorSalary: Competitive + benefitsHybrid Working We’re searching for a strategic and commercially driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead marketing for a major player in the UK Construction sector. Supporting residential developers, housebuilders, and commercial partners, this organisation delivers essential multi-utility services that connect communities and enable new developments nationwide.The Role You’ll take ownership of the full marketing strategy for a specialist business unit within a wider group structure. Working alongside central marketing and sales teams, you’ll drive brand visibility, strengthen market positioning, and deliver targeted campaigns to support growth across B2B and B2B2C audiences.Key Responsibilities
* Define and execute the overarching marketing strategy across digital, brand, content, and demand generation.
* Develop Account-Based Marketing (ABM) approaches for key national and regional housebuilders.
* Elevate brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all customer and partner touchpoints.
* Lead integrated campaigns across SEO, PPC, email, paid social, PR, events, and partnerships.
* Own demand generation performance, reporting, attribution modelling, and lead funnel optimisation.
* Develop go-to-market plans for new products, service offerings, and infrastructure solutions.
* Produce sales enablement tools, case studies and customer advocacy programmes.
* Use insight, market intelligence and customer data to shape messaging and value propositions.
* Work cross-functionally with sales, operations and central marketing teams to ensure joined-up, insight-led activity.
About You
* Proven experience in B2B and/or B2B2C marketing, ideally within utilities, infrastructure, construction, engineering, or residential development.
* Strong track record creating multi-channel marketing strategies that drive commercial impact.
* Solid understanding of digital marketing, CRM (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics tools such as GA4.
* Exceptional stakeholder management, communication and organisational skills.
* Data-driven, commercially minded, and comfortable balancing strategy with hands-on delivery.
* CIM qualification preferred; MBA advantageous
