In this customer-facing role, you will be the first point of contact for all customers who come through our doors. You should have excellent communication and organisational skills, and the ability to create a warm and welcoming environment.

What you’ll do day to day
* Provide full reception support, including greeting clients and employees professionally.
* Answer calls and direct enquiries to relevant specialists.
* Manage emails and customer enquiries.
* Perform ad hoc tasks for head office.
* Deal comfortably with members of the public and deliver exceptional customer service.
Helpful skills and qualifications

* Experience in a customer service role, with a track record of positive customer interactions.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, friendly and professional.
* Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
* Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
* IT literate, proficient in Microsoft Office, and quick to learn new systems.
