Role Purpose:
\n
Reporting to the Senior Commercial Manager, this role includes the management of the
\n
commercial team and practices. Advising on the commercial risks and opportunities on
\n
contracts from tender to completion. Being responsible for the commercial performance
\n
of several frameworks. Providing commercial support and advice to Work Winning and
\n
other functions as required. Support the Senior Commercial Manager in preparing the
\n
regional management accounts and Contract Reviews.

Key Deliverables:
\n
\n
1. NEC3/4 and bespoke contract management of multiple contracts
\n
2. Manage and develop the Commercial Team ensuring work is delivered on time and to a high standard.
\n
3. Identification & notification of Early Warnings and Compensation Events
\n
4. Management of supply chain contracts and agreements
\n
5. Provide cash forecasts and take responsibility of cash flow forecasting
\n
6. CVR creation and management
\n
7. Establishment and management of monthly project reviews
