A permanent opportunity in South Aberdeenshire with a well-established energy sector company. As a Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in managing contracts, driving sales, and supporting client engagement across a diverse and evolving industrial client base.
Main duties and responsibilities
* Managing end-to-end sales support including pricing, proposals, and material sourcing.
* Maintaining and grow long-term client relationships through consistent service delivery.
* Overseeing the customer order lifecycle, coordinating closely with manufacturing and logistics teams.
* Conducting commercial analysis to support revenue and margin objectives.
* Identifying and developing new business opportunities through research, outreach, and meetings.
* Loging sales activity and report insights to the broader commercial team.
* Representing the company at relevant networking and industry events.
* Supporting the budgeting and forecasting process with key commercial inputs.
Applicants to this role require
* Proven experience in sales or contract management in a technical or industrial environment.
* A background in the energy sector or similar is highly advantageous.
* Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
* Strong organisational ability and attention to detail.
* Capable of working independently with sound commercial judgment.
* Proficiency with CRM or ERP platforms.
* Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel when required.
