As a Refrigeration Engineer, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality refrigeration and air conditioning solutions to our client's diverse customer base. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining and servicing a wide range of large scale commercial, industrial and marine refrigeration systems, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the commissioning of new refrigeration systems
* Carry out upgrades and modifications to existing systems
* Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on a variety of refrigeration systems
* Diagnose and rectify system faults
* Complete accurate service reports and commissioning paperwork
* Participate in an on-call rota for emergency breakdowns
* Work on heavy commercial refrigeration systems, CO2, HFC, and glycol-based systems
* Interpret technical drawings
Who Theyre Looking For:
* Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in large scale commercial refrigeration
* F-Gas Category 1 certification (mandatory)
* Experience with CO2 refrigeration systems
* City & Guilds Level 2 or 3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (or equivalent)
* Full UK driving licence
