What we are looking for We are seeking a Hospitality Fulfilment Executive, responsible for collating and despatching hospitality packages for Royal Ascot and Ascot Racedays. This is a full time temporary role, working 5 days a week from Tuesday 7 th April to Saturday 20 th June 2026 inclusive. You will also be required to work the raceday on Saturday 9 th May. We have 21 fine dining facilities during Royal Ascot and between 1 and 5 fine dining facilities on any Ascot raceday in addition to our sublet private boxes; all of which are fulfilled and despatched in-house. Using the Outbox booking system you will provide support for the Hospitality Ticketing Executive (HTE) in the lead up to the Royal Meeting. Due to the nature of this role, please note that extended lengths of annual leave will not be approved in the months of May and June. What you’ll be doing Provide all Royal Ascot Fine Dining and Private Box ticket production, packing and fulfilment in an efficient and timely manner Liaise with the HTE and the badge writing team to ensure that Royal Enclosure badges are written up correctly and dispatched along with the other elements of the package Working with the Sales team, to ensure any special requests and requirements are adhered to Ensure stock levels of all hospitality collateral are kept on top of and any low stock items are reported to the HTE Ensure all badges / collateral of value is secured at the end of each working day and stock kept properly Manage hospitality collections in the Ticket Offices on Racedays including Saturday 20 th June Skills and experience you can bring Excellent knowledge of databases, systems, and ticketing portals Excellent oral and written communication skills at all levels Ex cellent administrative skills, and attention to detail Highly developed customer service skills Excellent ICT skills, e.g. Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel Marketing understanding and ability to understand the Brand and its values Committed to raising the standard in every aspect of working life Ability to work under pressure and deliver deadlines Ability to communicate in a proactive and positive manner Ability to be flexible and adaptable Integrity, commitment and diplomacy The willingness to work in a spirit of partnership What we offer The opportunity to be a part of 'a place like nowhere else' and be part of our temporary team.
