Description
Deliver TUPE‑in activity
Lead small‑scale restructures
Manage consultation processes and ensure full legislative compliance
Build effective relationships with key stakeholders
Work within environments that involve both unionised and non‑unionised teams
Profile
Strong, practical experience of managing TUPE and organisational change
Solid understanding of employment legislation and consultation requirements
Experience of working with unions
Ability to operate at pace with accuracy and attention to detail
A hands‑on, pragmatic approach - someone who can move work forward independently
