Your responsibilities will include: Supervising classes of approximately 25–30 secondary pupils Delivering pre-planned lessons (no subject specialism required) Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment Taking registers and following school policies Providing feedback to teaching staff This role offers flexible daily supply work alongside opportunities for longer fixed-term placements, making it ideal for those planning future study or a career change into education. Cover Supervisor Programme No previous teaching experience is required.
