What You’ll Do
* Business Development & Growth: Lead from the front by identifying, targeting, and winning new business across enterprise, corporate, and specialist sectors—opening doors, nurturing relationships, and driving CTI’s expansion into new accounts.
* Sales Leadership: Create leads from cold outreach to warm referrals, building a robust pipeline and converting opportunities into long‑term partnerships.
* Consultative Selling: Understand client pain points and position CTI’s AV solutions as the answer, persuading rather than merely informing.
* Market Expansion: Own the territory by identifying growth sectors, spotting trends, and helping CTI dominate the UK AV landscape.
* Cross‑Team Collaboration: Work hand‑in‑hand with engineering and delivery teams to ensure promises made are promises kept.
* Client Relationships: Become the trusted advisor for clients, delivering value beyond the project and building lasting partnerships.
What You Bring
* 2+ years in AV design, sales, or business development with a track record of smashing targets.
* A hunter mentality with a consultative edge.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Familiarity with CRM tools and sales workflows.
* Deep understanding of the UK AV market and client expectations.
