A successful high end construction consultancy based in Waterloo are searching for a talented MRICS Project Manager to join their team, who brings experience delivering the full lifecycle of schemes across the prime residential sector. The Company that the Project Manager will join: The MRICS Project Manager will be joining a small, close knit project management consultancy that are renown for delivering high quality schemes in the prime residential sector. The MRICS Project Manager will be supporting the delivery of projects which include both new build and refurbishments with contract values ranging from £5m-£75m. The Project Manager role: The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of projects from start-finish, whilst liaising with multidisciplinary teams throughout project lifecycles to ensure projects stay on track to handover. The Project Manager will be joining a director led consultancy consisting of the project director, associate director, 3x senior project managers and 2 project managers.
