Commercial Property Solicitor (NQ to 5 Years PQE) – Nuneaton – £35,000 to £75,000 – Excellent Learning Opportunity

The role
* Join a busy commercial property team based in Nuneaton
* Handle a mix of acquisitions, disposals, leases and landlord and tenant matters
* Work closely with experienced solicitors on live transactions from an early stage
* Build hands on experience rather than being limited to support tasks
* Gain exposure to a varied client base including local businesses and commercial clients
* Develop technical ability in a structured and supportive setting

You
* NQ to 5 years PQE with some exposure to commercial property work
* Able to manage files with supervision and stay on top of deadlines and client communication
* Strong drafting skills with good attention to detail
* Confident and clear in your communication with clients
* Keen to learn and build a long term career in commercial property
* Works well within a team and is happy to get involved
