Sales Consultant at Molton Brown – Banbridge, part-time 12 hours per week
Molton Brown is part of Kao, a global cosmetics brand with a heritage of luxury fragrances and quality products. This role is the face of the brand, delivering exceptional customer service and product knowledge to our customers.
Responsibilities
* Provide excellent customer service and detailed product knowledge to customers
* Use a personalized selling approach and guide the customer journey from start to finish
* Deliver sensorial experiences through signature services (fragrance consultations, hand and arm massages)
* Assist the team with store tasks including stock management, cleaning, and replenishment

* Ability to work well in a team and achieve store and personal KPIs
* Flexibility in working arrangements to meet business requirements
