Role Overview
They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Property Solicitor to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a newly qualified solicitor or someone with up to 3 years of post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion.
* Draft and review contracts, leases, and other legal documents.
* Conduct title checks, searches, and due diligence.
* Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors.
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records using our case management system.
Requirements
* Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales (NQ – 3 years PQE).
* Experience in residential conveyancing (including during training).
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
* Ability to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision.
* Excellent communication and client care skills.
* A proactive and team-oriented approach.
