Overview
Senior FP&A Analyst role at Webvoordeel.nu. You will own the relationship, modelling and budgeting for key parts of the UK business to drive financially sound decision making. You will manage the UK revenue forecasting model, work with senior stakeholders, and help develop the wider UK FP&A team. There will be opportunities to engage in strategic initiatives affecting the business and to support project work with exposure to the UK CFO and leadership team.
What You’ll Do
* Be at the forefront of problem solving / strategic developments within our P&L, balancing both the short and long term views
* Take on the model expert role for UK Revenue, working closely with partners to optimise our python based forecasting model
* Partner with key stakeholders to produce the annual budget and updated forecasts aligned to the latest strategic intent and performance, ensuring any risks or opportunities are clearly communicated
* Work with senior stakeholders to drive sustainable efficiencies and ensure investments are optimised
* Identify and own the development of process improvements
* Ensure all month end activity is completed accurately and on time
* Develop the next generation of finance talent within the finance department
What We’re Looking For
* A strong analytical mindset with significant experience in a technically relevant role and a solid understanding of the key P&L drivers for a business in this industry
* Strong Business Partnering skills with the ability to build relationships and interact effectively with senior stakeholders
* Ability to discuss performance trends, forecasting models and their assumptions confidently and accurately
* Problem-solving ability in grey areas using a data-driven approach
* Strong collaboration, communication and influencing skills
* Prior experience using SQL, Python, Onestream or similar systems is a plus
Where And How You’ll Work
This is a permanent position based in our Nottingham office. Our hybrid working model offers flexibility to work from our offices and from home. Typical office days are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Flexible arrangements are available to discuss what works best for you.
