Responsibilities
* Provide management direction and support for complex cases involving Child Protection procedures, Children we Care for, and court processes.
* Supervise and oversee case progression to ensure effective service delivery for children and families.
* Collaborate with team members to promote a supportive and efficient working environment.
* Maintain current knowledge of policies, procedures, and best practices within Children’s Services.
* Engage with families, understanding their needs and ensuring they receive the appropriate support and resources.
Requirements
* A degree or equivalent qualification in social work.
* Current Social Work England registration.
* Significant frontline experience in Children’s Services, particularly in leading complex cases.
