QESH (Quality, Environment, Safety & Health) Coordinator - Blow Moulding
6-Month Fixed Term Contract

Mller is seeking an experienced QESH (Quality, Environment, Safety & Health) Coordinator to join our Blow Moulding operation at Severnside on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
This is a hands-on, site-based role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, supporting the delivery, governance and continuous improvement of Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental management systems. You'll work closely with the Site Lead, Blow Moulding Technical Manager and wider site leadership team to strengthen compliance, audit readiness and operating culture.
What you'll be doing
Quality
Maintain and embed the Blow Moulding Quality Management System in line with Mller standards
Lead Quality reviews and support ongoing improvement activity
Own Quality KPIs, reporting and the Blow Moulding Quality Index
Support and coordinate internal and external audits, including BRC Packaging
Health & Safety
Support implementation and maintenance of H&S management systems aligned to OHSAS 18001 / ISO 45001
Lead H&S reviews, reporting and improvement actions
Support statutory compliance and site audit activity
Coach and support teams on risk assessments, investigations and safe systems of work
Environmental
Support delivery of the Environmental Management System (ISO 14001)
Own environmental reporting and KPI requirements
Support internal and external environmental audits
Continuous Improvement & Engagement
Deliver agreed QESH objectives aligned to the site business plan
Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives across the Blow Moulding facility
Train, coach and support colleagues on QESH systems and standards
Work cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, Technical and Dairy teams
What we're looking for
Proven experience in a Quality / HSE / QESH role within manufacturing or packaging
BRC Packaging audit experience
Strong working knowledge of H&S and Environmental Management Systems
NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent)
Experience supporting or leading audits and compliance activities
Confident communicator with the ability to influence and challenge constructively
Organised, resilient and comfortable working at pace and under pressure
