Role: Group Marketing and CRM Manager
Salary: up to £45K per annum DOE
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, with some flexibility to support operations effectively.
Location: Head office in Newbury, with flexibility due to national presence.

Elevation Recruitment Group - Marketing Division is working with a reputable national service-led umbrella company.
This role blends CRM management and marketing to generate leads and increase brand awareness. The ideal candidate is proactive, communicative, capable of multitasking, and collaborative. The role involves working at group level with various departments, combining knowledge of fire safety standards with modern marketing techniques to support growth.
Responsibilities:
* Utilize high-level CRM data to develop and implement marketing strategies that generate new business opportunities.
* Manage marketing automation to maintain data accuracy and integrity.
* Generate and analyze CRM reports and dashboards to evaluate sales performance, campaign effectiveness, customer engagement, and business metrics. Use insights to inform strategies.
* Collaborate with sales teams to identify lead generation opportunities through multichannel marketing campaigns.
* Stay updated on CRM features and best practices to optimize system performance, including automation workflows.
* Create modern media content to communicate with customers effectively.
* Prepare and share regular sales and marketing reports, highlighting key metrics across the group.
* Work with external agencies to enhance online presence, including website content, SEO, and social media channels.
* Coordinate website and social media updates to ensure content is current, engaging, and aligned with brand guidelines.
* Develop offline marketing strategies to boost pipeline volume and quality.
* Create and distribute marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, website content, social media posts, and email newsletters.
* Assist in planning and executing trade shows, webinars, and marketing events.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a similar marketing role, preferably within a service-based or regulated industry.
* Experience with digital media marketing and success in this area.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
* Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
* Proactive approach focused on results and growth.
* Full driving license.
Measurable KPIs:
* Targets focus on generating new business, quote-to-order conversions, sales volume and value, customer satisfaction, and profitability. Performance will be assessed based on improvements in these areas and the ability of sales teams to drive growth.
