Role Overview
Brand & Campaign Manager – Hobbycraft Head Office, BH23 6HG. Location: Bournemouth.
The role involves leading the planning and delivery of brand and campaign activity across Hobbycraft, ensuring a consistent, customer‑focused brand experience across all touchpoints. You will shape and deliver campaigns that drive engagement, strengthen our brand, and support commercial performance.
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
* Define and lead the delivery of the brand and campaign plan, ensuring alignment to customer proposition and commercial objectives.
* Own the end‑to‑end campaign planning process, leading cross‑functional alignment across Buying, Retail, Digital and Design.
* Lead the marketing calendar and planning forums, ensuring clear prioritisation and coordination of activity.
* Act as a senior brand guardian, championing brand standards and influencing stakeholders to deliver a cohesive brand experience.
* Own the relationship with PR and external agencies, setting clear briefs and ensuring high‑quality delivery.
* Lead the development and delivery of brand partnerships and initiatives aligned to brand values.
* Define and track key brand and campaign KPIs, delivering regular reporting and insights.
* Translate customer insight and performance data into actionable recommendations.
* Establish and improve ways of working across Brand Marketing and wider teams.
* Act as a key representative for Brand Marketing, influencing senior stakeholders across the business.
* Support the Head of Brand Marketing in shaping future brand strategy.
Required Skills & Experience
* Proven experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns end‑to‑end.
* Experience working with brand strategy and ensuring consistency across channels.
* Experience managing agencies, including PR or content agencies.
* Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
* Ability to analyse performance data and turn insights into action.
* Strong organisational and planning skills.
* Essential Technical / Professional Qualifications: None.
Working Hours & Environment
This is a full‑time role, 37.5 hours per week. Core business hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00‑15:00 with a flexible start and finish. Hybrid model: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home.
Salary & Benefits
Salary £50k‑£55k per year, dependent on experience. Pension with 4% contribution. 33 days holiday (pro‑rated and grows with time). 40% colleague discount.
