What is the role?
Exciting opportunity to provide administrative support primarily to the Customer Care team, with reception duties in the afternoons.
Key Responsibilities
* Work 9:00‑17:00 Monday‑Friday (one hour lunch); serve as Office Administrator 9‑12 and Receptionist 13‑17.
* Provide general administration support to the customer care team.
* Switchboard duties, maintain a presentable reception area and manage visitors efficiently.
* Receipt and coordination of deliveries to relevant departments, notifying teams and facilitating prompt collection.
* Allocate, book and coordinate meeting rooms.
* Cover morning receptions on holidays or occasional sickness leave.
What we need from you
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent telephone manner.
* Previous experience as an Administrator/Receptionist, ideally in customer care.
* Proactive and personable manner.
* Flexibility to cover morning reception duties.
* Computer literate – experienced with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
* Well‑organised, self‑motivated with high attention to detail.
* Team player.
