Care Assistant
Salary: £12.50 per hour

As a Care Assistant, you will:
Promote independence and respect the dignity of each service user, encouraging individual choice.
Assist service users with personal care, mobility, and daily living activities.
Monitor health needs in collaboration with senior staff and participate in regular assessments.
Serve meals and offer assistance with eating and drinking as required.
Maintain accurate observations and report any changes in service users' conditions promptly.
Attend mandatory training and adhere to the highest standards of care in line with regulatory frameworks.
