We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Onboarding Executive to join our growing team at Skills for Security. You’ll play a key role in ensuring apprentices have a smooth and compliant start to their learning journey.
Working closely with Talent Acquisition, Sales, Compliance, and Delivery teams, you’ll manage the onboarding process end-to-end making sure everything is in place for a successful learning launch.
This is a hybrid role and can be based anywhere in the UK, within commutable distance to one of our state‑of‑the‑art training centres, which are located in Warrington, Walsall, Watford, Doncaster and Dagenham.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Coordinating the onboarding of apprentices alongside Talent Acquisition and Sales teams
* Ensuring all onboarding activities are completed in time for learning launch deadlines
* Liaising with employers and applicants to collect and verify all required documentation
* Conducting sign‑up calls to guide apprentices and employers through the onboarding process
* Supporting funding processes and Apprenticeship Service account set‑ups
* Working closely with the Compliance team to ensure all requirements are met
* Managing your own caseload while supporting the wider team during busy periods
* Keeping records up to date using HubSpot CRM
* Sending and chasing contracts and onboarding documentation
What We’re Looking For
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Excellent communication skills and confidence working with both employers and learners
* High attention to detail, particularly around compliance and documentation
* Ability to work to deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
* A team player who is happy to support others when needed
* Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot desirable)
* Previous experience in apprenticeships, onboarding, or compliance is a bonus
